Tiffany Plous
Owner
After spending nearly 30 years in Healthcare, Tiffany decided to take her knowledge and skills into new areas opening her own business. Growing up in a Family-owned medical practice, she earned her way through every aspect of the business starting as an Entry Level Filing Clerk to her current role as Office Manager and Co-Owner.
Drawing from her family values and work ethic, Tiffany is excited to continue to help others while providing for, and building a legacy for her family.
Tiffany is a Kansas native and grew up in the Overland Park area graduating from Blue Valley North High School.
She is a proud Mother to one and an amazing Wife to her Husband ( Jesse ) of 10 years.

Jesse is a certified FAA Private Pilot (PAR 61) and certified FAA Drone Pilot (PAR 107). He learned to fly at New Century Airport (KIXD).
Jesse also grew up in a family-owed business and brings his personal values of honor, courage, country, and pilotage skills to our family-run business.
He currently serves on the Board of the Commemorative Air Force - Heart of America Wing; is a proud Father to one, and a loving Husband to his Wife ( Tiffany ) of 10 years.
Jesse received his undergraduate from the University of Kansas were he served as the University's mascot "Big Jay" from 2002-2006; Jesse received his Masters of Business Administration from Baker University and has also held certifications as a Fraud Examiner (CFE); and SCRUM Product Owner (CSPO).
